By default, AXLR8 Reports open as a New Tab in the Reports Page in AXLR8 when you click on them. This keeps everything in one place in an organised fashion on your screen. You can easily flip between reports as well.
This is a better user experience because now the filters do not take up so much space at the top but rather, are included in the column headings. That saves vertical screen real estate.
Opening the Report in a New Window
However, sometimes you may wish to see two reports side by side and compare data or cross reference. To achieve this, just mouse over the icon or dot to the left of the report name as shown below.
Then you can chose whether to open the report in a NewTab or a completely New Window.
