There are two variations of the system: Enterprise and Lite. The pricing below is for COTS (customised off the shelf) systems compliant with government security standards and other regulations (GDPR, web standards, etc.)
Enterprise pricing
The set up is £8,000 and the annual maintenance ( including support, upgrades and platform) is £3,100/year. Three year cost of ownership is thus £17,300.
Lite pricing
For a smaller entity, the pricing is £3,000 set up and £1,800 per year. So the three year cost of ownership is £8,400. The additional functions included in the Enterprise system may be purchased separately as options.

Cautions List Pricing
The Cautions List is also broken down into a Lite Version and an Enterprise version. The difference is define in detail elsewhere but basically more moderator levels and information sharing automation is included with the Enterprise version.

Information Asset Register with DPIA
The information asset register holds all the data about your documents and systems and the tests an reviews and actionable items for each one. The catalogue holds supplier names, data sources, responsible managers, retention rules PII details and much more.

Annual recurring fee £1440 plus VAT.
Information Sharing Agreements Manager
This system allows your business organisation to track and manage information sharing agreements and associated reviews, expiries and renewals and detailed data definitions with partner organisations.
